Nisha Yogini wanted to become a yoga instructor since she was a child. At 7, she used to go with her mother to yoga classes, where she slowly fell in love with yoga and started practicing it every day.
She completed her graduation from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and also earned a degree in Physical Education from Government College for Girls, Chandigarh. After finishing her studies, Nisha began teaching yoga to school and college students in her city.
She also took part in many yoga and beauty contests. In 2020, she made her TV debut on "MTV Roadies Revolution", which made her even more popular.
